On the basis of a rescript of the High Imperial-Royal Governorship dated 24 September 1901, no. 95859, and an order of the Imperial-Royal District Office in Pilzno dated 24 September of the same year, no. 1986, the following is entered: Hinde Kornhauser gave birth in Skurowa, in the month of January of the year one thousand eight hundred seventy-three (1873), to an illegitimate daughter, who at the time of blessing was given the name "Hannah". Note of the registrar. According to the above order, this additional immatriculation entry is to be made in 1873 of the book of births but it was not possible to enter this in 1873 because there was no space. Therefore it was placed here under current serial number and a report given to the district.
