On the basis of the decree of the Imperial-Royal Governor's Office of 6 January 1898 no. 88333 and of the order of the Imperial-Royal District Office in Grybow of the day 12 March 1898 no. 769 and of the day 1 June 1898 no. 5641, there is entered the following act of supplemental and matriculation of birth: Matla Wurzel gave birth in Siedliska in the year one thousand eight hundred seventy-first (1871) an illegitimate son; at the circumcision the name Moses was given. To the paternity of this child Leiser Kirsch declared himself, according to the certification of the registrar of Jewish records in Jaslo, of the day 14 July 1897 no. 43. The parents of this child contracted in Jaslo on the day 20 May year 1895 a subsequent marriage, which I attest is in the book of marriages of the Jewish matriculation district in Jaslo, volume III, pages 54-55, entry no. 28.
